2. Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary charitable contributions to Islamic Culture Center of Monticello Inc.

Donors may be offered both one-time and recurring donation options.

By submitting a donation, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. One-Time Donations

Donors may make a one-time donation in a custom amount through the payment option provided on our website.

A one-time donation is charged once and does not create an ongoing recurring payment authorization.

One-time donations are generally considered final after successful processing, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

4. Recurring Weekly Donations

Donors may have the option to establish recurring weekly donations.

Recurring weekly donation options may include:

• $10 per week
• $25 per week
• $50 per week
• $100 per week

By selecting a recurring weekly donation option, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected amount to your chosen payment method on a recurring weekly basis.

Recurring donations will continue until cancelled.

You are responsible for requesting cancellation if you no longer wish to continue recurring donations.

5. Cancelling Recurring Donations

A donor may request cancellation of future recurring donations by contacting Islamic Culture Center of Monticello Inc.

Cancellation applies to future scheduled donations and does not automatically refund payments that have already been successfully processed.

If a scheduled payment has already entered processing before a cancellation request can be completed, that transaction may need to be reviewed separately under our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

6. Payment Processing

Online one-time and recurring donations may be processed through Clover, a Fiserv payment processing service.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor and financial institutions involved to process your selected transaction.

We do not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers directly on this website.

Payment transactions may also be subject to the terms, privacy policies, security procedures, and processing requirements of Clover, Fiserv, applicable card networks, banks, and financial institutions.

7. Refunds and Payment Errors

Donations are generally considered final once successfully processed.

However, duplicate payments, incorrect donation amounts, unauthorized transactions, accidental payments, and certain processing errors may be reviewed upon request.

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

8. Future Classes, Programs & Events

Islamic Culture Center of Monticello Inc. may offer classes, educational programs, community activities, events, registrations, or other services through this website in the future.

Certain programs or events may require registration or payment.

Additional terms, pricing, schedules, eligibility requirements, refund policies, and cancellation requirements may be displayed on the applicable program or registration page.
